About this Role: As the Dealer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for all things dealer-related in the US: manage daily operations, seek new opportunities, grow sales, educate, and lead. Throughout all interactions, you will always be positive, respectful, inclusive, and kind. Along with a love for traveling and the outdoors, you will bring passion for people, hard work and improvement. iKamper is rapidly growing: succeed in this role and continue to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the daily operations of dealer sales
  • Provide leadership, education, and motivation to our network of dealers
  • Research new dealer opportunities and grow network
  • Coordinate with the Branding Department on the creation of marketing/POS materials to be shared with dealers
  • Ensure branding guidelines and pricing policies are being followed
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of product pricing strategies and revenue models
  • Work closely with other departments (Community Manager, Media Specialist, Branding Team, etc.) to foster strong relationships with dealers
  • Work towards the goal of having iKamper products easily accessible to all customers across the US
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the Managing Director and team
  • Maximize productivity, profitability, and constantly strive for improvement
  • Offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university
  • MBA or business degrees preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience with B2B sales lead generation
  • Sales experience in the outdoor industry preferred
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and positive
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • MS Office expert, Basic Adobe Suite skills preferred
  • Active lifestyle, interested in the outdoors (preferably in overlanding)
  • Valid driver’s license
