Warranty

iKamper guarantees the quality of its products, and as such we offer a warranty. If you ever experience any issues with one of our products, please visit our Contact Page and fill out the After-Service Care form. We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

SKYCAMP WARRANTY POLICY

  • Initial Limited Warranty Period: 2 Years

For 2 years from the date of delivery, iKamper will fix or replace any defective part for free.

  • Extended Limited Warranty Period: 3 Years

For 3 years after the Initial Limited Warranty Period, iKamper will fix or replace any defective part at a minimum cost (production cost). Shipping is covered by the customer.

Please note that our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches on the hard shell, scratched or ripped tent fabric, discoloration in the vinyl windows, etc.)
  • Damage to Skycamp caused by the customer (dropping the Skycamp, not following proper installation instructions, etc.)
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the Skycamp

SKYCAMP Accessories WARRANTY POLICY

  • Limited Warranty Period: 1 Year

For 1 year from the date of delivery, iKamper will fix or replace any defective accessory.

Please note that our warranty does not cover all issues, such as the ones below:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to Skycamp caused by the customer
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect the general operation of the Skycamp
